He has enormous marketing skills and vast working knowledge of taxation and technical matters and possesses immense business development skills. His expertise, inter-alia, is in regulatory approvals, licenses, registrations for any organization set up in India and abroad including FEMA Compliances and RBI approvals. He is a known specialist in the fields of finance and legal Issues. He believes and is desperate towards client satisfaction and builds strong network to the utmost contentment of our clients.

Mrs. Dimple Anil Dhanotiya is a founder partner of A Dhanotiya & Co. She is a Commerce Graduate and has Bachelors Degree in Law being a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She has working experience of more than 8 years in the Service Industry. Her proficiency, includes drafting and vetting of various Legal documents, manuals, guides, interpretations and providing opinions on the business requirements of the entities and Individuals.

She has hands on experience in Corporate Secretarial matters. In addition to the compliances under the Companies Act with specific impetus on Secretarial Compliance Audit, she has command over Secretarial matters, Legal Due Diligence, Incorporations, FEMA Matters, Drafting and Vetting of various Legal Agreements.

Nupuresh Dilip Adhawade

Mr. Nupuresh Dilip Adhawade is an Associate of A Dhanotiya and Co. He is a Commerce Graduate, Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Corporate Lawyer. He has worked with eminent Advocates, Law firms and Secretarial firms as well. He has practical experience in handling complex corporate matters and has successfully served the corporate community so far. He deals with Company Laws, SEBI and allied Laws, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws, Corporate Litigations, FEMA matters, LLP laws, Trust Laws, Legal Due Diligences, Drafting and Vetting of Agreements and so on.
